✏️ New Window CSS

logo for firefox version

If you work on anything in the web, sooner or later you'll end up writing css. If you maintain a particularly complex or not-that-good structured site you'll end up jumping between the inspector and style tab all too often. If you do that 4 hours a day (god help me) you'll begin to wonder why? Why haven't I quit this job and bought myself a farm house? Or, on the other hand, why cant i open both the inspector and the style editor?

This is how the idea for the plugin was born. Throw in there a bit of styles and autocomplete and this is it - nothing fancy.

I do plan on adding a couple of bells and whistles, mainly:

  • Always on Top switch
  • Redirection Blocker
  • and HTML autocomplete
  • Chrome Support (cost 5$ to publish)

For now thou, you can get the app here.

P.S.

Technically it was named "inline css editor" - because it pushed the styles inline, but I think new window better explains the idea
